From Zero to Hero

In this message, Ovi shares how God takes us “from zero to hero.” Using the story of Gideon (Judges 6–8), Ovi shows how God calls the weak, overlooked, and fearful — not because of who they are, but because of who He is. Gideon saw himself as the least in his family and tribe (Judges 6:15), yet God called him a “mighty warrior” (Judges 6:12) and clothed him with His Spirit (Judges 6:34) to lead Israel to victory.Ovi reminds us that we often downgrade ourselves, thinking we’re unqualified, shy, or not gifted enough. But what matters is not how we see ourselves — it’s how God sees us. Through the Holy Spirit, He equips us with boldness, gifts, and power (Acts 1:8; Romans 8:26) to live extraordinary lives, serve others (1 Peter 4:10–11), and share the gospel (Mark 16:15).
